• We try our hardest to make the best possible experience for our guests.

• If possible, we will adjust the time and date to accommodate for weather.

• We do operate rain or shine. 

• Activities are subject to change based on weather & conditions.

• In the event of inclement weather, storm or hurricane and we cannot go, we reschedule your tour to a future date.

• You are responsible for lost or damaged equipment.

• Sometimes we catch fresh fish & lobster, we do not guarantee it.

• All sales are final. We do not refund deposits.

• Release of Liability Waiver & Risk Acknowledgement
